Due to a transition to a new reservation systems for Singapore Airlines and SilkAir, if you are travelling on a Singapore Airlines or SilkAir flight that departs on 08 July 2012 (Sunday) Singapore time (GMT +8), you will NOT be able to check-in via the Internet or mobile channels.
To facilitate this transition, all bookings, reservations and ticket services through travel agents ,
www.singaporeair.com,
www.silkair.com, call centres and ticket offices will NOT be available from 1800 hours on 07 July 2012 (Saturday) Singapore local time (GMT +8).
Singapore Airlines and Silk Air expects to resume these services progressively from 2200 hours on 08 July 2012 (Sunday) Singapore local time (GMT +8).
All KrisFlyer related transactions and online/mobile functions (e.g. SMS alerts, etc) will also be suspended.
Early check-in and inter-airline through check-in will also NOT be available.
Check-in will only be available at the departure airport and the counters will open 3 hours before your scheduled time of departure.
A printed copy of your electronic ticket will also be required when you arrive at the airport for check-in. For any assistance during the system cutover period, you can call the relevant contact centre number below or approach Singapore Airlines/Silk Air duty manager at the airport for assistance.
