— Develop and lead an efficient organization according to the needs of the company, market, consumers and customers;
— Achieve defined objectives;

Reorganization:
— Move HQ APAC to Singapore from Hong Kong;
— Review team, relocate best employees and recruit backfills to unable for relocation.
Entrepreneurial:
— Understand the commercial implications and provide a business-oriented organizational structure;
— Develop and maintain relationships with all key contacts;
— Identify new market opportunities and contribute in new ideas and concepts to increase business success.
Leadership:
— Provide directions;
— Transmit and assure Company's values;
— Build strong regional teams;
— Build strong HQ team;
— Establish transparent goals and reach their execution;
— Appraise organizational efficiency and improve it;
— Take responsibility for staff engagements and dismissals.
Operational:
— Apply appropriate actions to reach MBOs set;
— Guarantee an optimal business and customers oriented environment;
— Set up and plan the organization and resources to achieve objectives.
Finances:
— Budget planning;
— Realization of the budgeted targets and observance of the budgeted operational costs;
— Supervision and analysis of the financial issues, interpretation of the data;
— Acting to reduce unnecessary charges.
Требования:
— Previous experience of managing large sales teams (from 50 people) in IT\software industry;
— Previous experience of Managing regional teams;
— Previous cross-cultural experience;
— Excellent sales and negotiation skills;
— Strong leadership skills – ability to manage remote teams, delegate and share responsibility;
— Excellent English language knowledge;
— European/American nationality is preferable.
