Technical Service Medical Technologist – able to speak Russian language to liaise with Russian-speaking customers
This Medical Device Giant is currently seeking a Technical Specialist to provide technical and scientific support and drive customer experience. As such, this is an exciting opportunity that combines technical expertise and client communication into one.
Working within an international environment and reporting to the Technical Service Manager, based in France, you will develop into a specialist responsible for providing communication links to both internal and external customers.
A key component of this role will entails you understanding and troubleshooting customers’ product issues to ensure quality service delivery. In addition, you will have the opportunity to attend affiliate meetings with clients and international conference calls.
You should be a Medical Technologist with specialising in clinical chemistry. Being able to speak fluent Russian language, in addition to English, is essential as you will be liaising with Russian-speaking customers in this role.
