Есть свободная комната в кондо в центре:

Spacious master room for rent in city center.
5 mins walk from China town MRT and Telok Ayer.
Right on the street of parties (Club street).
You will be sharing house with 2 chilled out guys (master chef and IT fireball dancer). You will also be taking over the lease of one of the tenants (lease ends Mar 2018 but flexible).

Standard house rules apply:
- being respectful and considerate
- not banging doors
- cleaning up after oneself
- no smoking in common areas
- sharing fridge space (unless you bring your own fridge)
- being clean and quiet (see point 1)
- overnight guests (and even family) are fine; same rules apply
- parties are welcome; cleanup right after the party is mandatory
- singles preferred; couples are subject to more scrutiny
- utility bills and maintenance bills are shared
- kitchenware, washer and drier shared as well

We eat, sleep, talk, cook, grow plants (and fail), listen to music, play PS, travel, try to keep the place clean and comfortable for everyone and expect you to do the same. Pictures were taken in a hurry so don't mind the mess.
