Looking for certified interpreter for ROM

Hi, does anyone has any contact for certified interpreter by the Russian embassy or by the Registry of Marriage in Singapore?

Russian embassy does not certify interpreters. It may certify correct translation from Russian into English. Find anybody who may translate, an agency or a person, and certify the translation in the embassy.

 CONSULAR SECTION of the Russian Embassy in the Republic of Singapore should has list of certified interpreters, they are freelancers, same list should be in ROM. Its very common practice use interpreters in ROM, Russians brides are not able read and repeat oath during registrations process

Unfortunately I ask the consular section of the Russian embassy of Singapore and they replied that they do not have such a list. Asked ROM and they have no contact as well, they only mentioned that as Long as it is a certified interpreter is fine. Hence I’m trying to find out.
